Apothecary
Apothecary: On select days, we'll be open as an experimental cafe (no computers or phones) and shop. Anytime we're open (even for events), our apothecary will be too. This is our 48 glass jar array of ingredients - specially-sourced botanicals and herbs that we use in all our drinks. Let us concoct your perfect blend.

We invite you to embark on a journey unlike any other: an immersive, pre-dinner tasting experience that stirs the senses and sparks the imagination. Each Wednesday through Sunday night, we weave together the five senses to craft an unforgettable exploration of a quarterly theme.
Our first journey invites you into the inspiration behind our namesake, the labyrinthine world of David Bowie, a celebration of bold reinvention and boundless artistry. Join us as we honor his legacy with flavors, sounds, and surprises that will transport you beyond the ordinary - just for one day.
Attending a tasting grants you access to our day-time tea house and coffee bar. Occasionally, we will host unique workshops and private events. Please get in touch to co-conspire. We can't wait to hear from you!
